Favorite Bathrooms

  • Home Sweet Home
  • When I'm @ someones house: the one farthest away from the crowd
  • @ the Mall: Macy's (as public bathrooms go this one is very nice)
  • If I can't make it to Macy's...JC Penney's will have to do (they recently remodeled so it is better than it was. I don't know why they didn't ask for my input???)
  • Monterey Bay Fish Grotto in Monroeville has a great bathroom
  • Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, My fav place to vacation, their rooms have the most wonderful bathrooms

Yet Another Crappy Day!!!

Yes...another crappy day...blah. I really should not complain because my crohns beast has been very well behaved lately and this crappy day probably has more to do with the nasty bug I've come down with...sore throat, runny nose, aches, and yes the big D. We had a wonderful family celebration on November 6th and someone must have shared more than their love. As a result many of us are now sick. Since I do not have to watch Gi today (I am honored to be her Nanny now that her mommy is back to work)and it is a rainy fall day I have been hanging out on the couch most of the day. In between loads of laundry that is. I'm drinking lots of tea with honey and of course my favorite comfort food toast with jam. yum!

A couple weeks ago we went to Schramms Farm and Orchards where I purchased some jams and a jar of apple butter. I finished up the blueberry fruit spread and started the apple butter. Warm buttered toast with apple butter....so good.

I love going to Schramms in the fall. The little store there sells so many wonderful things. I always buy some honey when I'm there and I can't leave without some baked goodies...and then there are the pumpkins...

Fun stuff for the kids too...

...and P and Gi didn't even mind that we got lost on the way home

Love, Laugh, and always know where the nearest bathroom is
